A Cool & Easy Summer Treat: Frozen Yogurt Bark

Looking for a fun, refreshing snack to beat the summer heat? This frozen yogurt bark is a favorite in our house—and it’s as easy to make as it is to enjoy.

It’s creamy, sweet, and full of fruit, with just the right amount of crunch from chocolate chips. Whether you’re making it for your kids, your clients, or yourself, it’s a simple recipe that can be adjusted to meet different nutrition needs.

🍓 Ingredients:

  • 1 tub (about 4 cups) of frozen vanilla Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup chocolate chips

  • 1–2 cups chopped cherries, strawberries, or blueberries

  • Jelly roll pan or baking sheet

  • Parchment paper

🥄 Directions:

  1. Line your pan with parchment paper.

  2. Spread the yogurt evenly across the bottom of the pan.

  3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped fruit on top.

  4. Freeze for 2–3 hours until completely solid.

  5. Remove from the freezer, break into pieces, and store in an airtight, freezer-safe container.

💡 Nutrition Tip:

If you're making this for someone who needs higher calories—like a child or adult working on weight restoration—swap the Greek yogurt for whole milk yogurt to boost the fat and energy content.
