initial consultation

An initial consultation includes a 90-minute comprehensive nutrition assessment. The assessment is used to help guide the clinician to better understand a client’s goals and nutrition needs. Once these have been identified, the clinician and client work together to decide what the next steps for each client will look like for tailored, individualized care.

50 minute follow up

$195

Follow up sessions are 50 minutes long. The focus of these sessions is on guiding clients towards reaching their nutrition goals.
