Lana Watts

A nutritionist who believes in the power of a fueled body and mind.

Lana has a bachelor’s degree in human nutrition, Foods, & Exercise with a Dietetics Concentration from Virginia Tech. She returned to Virginia Tech to complete her master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and her Dietetic Internship, with emphasis on sports nutrition, pediatrics, disordered eating, sustainability and food access.

Lana is passionate about helping those who struggle with disordered eating to feel empowered to fuel their body and mind to feel their best, to achieve their goals, and to promote a love for nurturing oneself. Lana has experience working with NCAA collegiate athletes to meet nutritional needs for health, wellbeing, and performance; to prevent and heal from Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs); and to navigate body image concerns, disordered eating, and allergies. She hopes to help others develop the skills to fuel their bodies and minds to engage in a life that brings them joy.

Lana loves spending time with family, friends, and furry friends. She loves being active and going on adventures, reading, finding ways to be creative, trying new foods and activities, and always looking for opportunities to learn.
